Most provider O's are faked. The ones that are not faked, are unmistakable.
Find a provider who is low volume, and make sure you get the first appointment of the day. That may work.
Read some reviews, and if multiple reviewers said she O'd, then try her yourself.

I think it is less frequent for a provider to O with a client...  for one thing, there is not as strong an emotional connection, their acting skills to the contrary.  Often these are first dates and I seldom gave my civie GFs O on the first date, or providers either.  Even in a LTR it's not a given.
