... what you don't know is the history of how TER admins determine what posts stay or don't stay... including ads.
again... if TER admins felt that my post was not related to the thread, they would have removed it. get over it.

Re: You obviously didn't understand the OP. Swim reported an ad as nonconforming but TER wouldn't remove it because it did in fact followed their guidelines.

Re: You totally misunderstood the OP. And posted a totally unrelated (but thankfully, short) rant.
I reported a profile's ad link because the provider did not have a picture identified as her in the ad on bp. Found out from admin that since her name was mentioned in the ad, a picture was not mandatory. I think she was pictured, but unlike some of the other pictures in the ad, her name was not on the pic.
Sure most ads have pictures, and we like to see pictures but that is not, and never has been a requirement. The requirement for a linked ad is the provider's name and a means of contact.
When you look at profiles under, " Are the pics real," the answer choices are "Yes," "no," and "no pics."
... and it seems that it's another case of TER admins pulling something out of thin air in order to deny an ad.
you never know often times the REAL reason why TER admins do or do not pull ads or posts in the forums.
who knows what rules the TER admins follow, but it sure isn't the ones that are mentioned at the top of every forum page.
