In the context of education (i.e. school), A-level refers to a certain set of exams one has to pass - which is the original meaning used to camouflage anal sex.

Both are primarily British terms, although their use is slowly creeping into use in the US:
CIF = come in face (related, COF=come on face)
A-Level = Top-tier 5-star escort, includes anal

Some of this goes back to the days when escorts worked for houses that rated their services for the customers, and the prices reflected the level of services offered.  Gals that were A-Level or on the A-List commanded the highest prices, and delivered the most services - typically, the word 'No' was not in their vocabulary, or they were dropped from the top-tier list.

Most of the new gals using a relatively new free web site service are including 'A-Level' as one of their services, without having a clue as to the real meaning behind it.  Almost NONE of them offer anal.

ATL-mgr knows what he speaks of. Additionally, most International sites will list specific behavior of a provider (* similar to “no holds bar” *) as it is considered more of a service industry than anything else.

Trust me when I tell you that on the International front GFE would definitely take on a whole new meaning than it does in the US  *LOL*
