I'm also a young guy in this hobby (25), I've been doing it for the last five years. Essentially you just have to get your foot in the door. You need a provider who is willing to see a younger guy and then will subsequently vouch for you. In terms of agencies most reputable agencies will require a job verification and 2 provider references. Stay away from backpage and do your research unless you want to be a TOFTT guy.
