I'm guessing that the review was removed, probably, for being a fake...

Just saw something that I had never seen before when looking at new reviews.

There was a new review that I called up that had a profile but no review.

I did a search for total reviews from 0 to 0 and several more were found with profiles only.  Is this because the review didn't get approved but the profile was entered into the database?

In a couple of cases I know of, there was at first one approved review. Then the reviewer did something to get banned and all of his reviews were deleted leaving behind a profile with 0 reviews. E.g., ID = 154682 and ID = 155455.

because of personal legal issues...  would the profile remain?

1. Reviewer was banned, and then all his reviews go poof.
2. Problem report filed to inconsistency in review. For example, I had one of my approved reviews later removed with the explanation that I used the wrong name in the review text. I never got an email notification so by the time I saw that when checking my review count, it was too late to fix.
3. Review deemed to be false.

Regardless of the reason why, even if she once had a review or two, with no reviews currently posted, she's now TOFFT. Newbies should wait them out until a few trusted veterans post new reviews.
