Any time you think that something is likely to mean you're more safe or less likely to encounter LE it just means that you are making assumptions about LE's tactics.  Your assumptions can be wrong or they can be right.

Do your due diligence, be careful, make no assumptions and then you'll be doing everything you can to be safe.

Say im in New Orleans and there are ads with #s from TX and seattle. The girl has no reviews but looks good enough to go TOFTT, What are the chances if this being LE? DOes it decrease greatly bc it is an out of state #?

Seriously if it looks too good to be true...  it probably is.  Did you search by just phone? Just stage name?  Just e-address?  Does she have a web site?  Too many co-eds & others dabble in the business with varying degrees of actually providing.  And then there is the LE risk.
Without a review, you are going in blind...  the most risky meeting.

The phone number is irrelevant -- what IS relevant is the lack of reviews.  Since this is the Newbie board, one of the core principles reiterated many times is that you DO NOT see someone without reviews. Preferably a good number of reviews and done by reviewers with more than one review to their credit.

Stay safe and don't rake risks, especially when you're just starting out.

good tip. I recently saw an ad for a NJ provider which I thought TGTBT. Then I saw a glowing review and thought 'wow she's real" and assumed that more reviews would start pouring in once every1 else saw those pics and the review. A month later and still no other reviews. I'm gonna play it safe but the waiting game suckssss. :)

Its preety easy to change your cell number to an out of state number..  Reason for good reviews is so you can draw a conclusion about your time with the lady.  I reccomend at least 5.. Put this  girl in your favorates and check her later.
