Being a newbie to the hobby, the couple of times I made initial phone contact with a girl I found on TER was uncomfortable.  Is it cool to open that I read your reviews on TER and want to set up a date?  Or is there some other protocol or etiquette?

It may be construed as aksing for something more
than just time for money.

If you read her reviews you know about her.  She
has her screening to allow her learn about you.

I would not mention anything other than setting
up a date.

"I saw your advertisement on your website", or "on this page", or wherever I saw her advertisement.

This way you are saying nothing more than where you heard about her from.

Never had a problem with that.
