If not, then keep trying.

Perhaps using the "report a problem" link on your profile page would help.

I haven't heard of a problem with removing reviews before, unless in the case of a rip-off situation which you obviously are not.

Did you write to TER Admin through the "Contact Us" link at the top?  If that didn't work, try filing a problem report on one of your reviews.  Good luck to you.

whenever i try to report a problem it says there is a problem report open and i can't.

Keep in mind however that TER won't jump too Re-list them if you wish them back in the future.

I want to point out...  delisting removes PROFILE and REVIEWS.  
There are lots of good reasons for voluntary delisting:
going UTR
relationships
divorce
custody
legal
If voluntarily delisted for a good cause, I believe the provider can get the listing restored.  But it's all or nothing.  You can't have a PROFILE up & NO REVIEWS policy.  
It's not clear from the initial post if this is understood & what she wants.
