As somewhat of a newbie , and still overly cautious .......I've noticed some very well reviewed and established providers take no precaution to blur or hide their face on their websites .....seems like that would really open them up to risk with LE ? ........one thought is I should avoid these but on the other hand some of these are extremely well reviewed and history of posting on TER ......am I over thinking this ?? A blurred image does little to protect a provider  from LE.

Well most new escorts that are not good-looking 'borrow' pics from similar body/face escorts or models, so that's one reason. Use Google Image Search -- download add-ons/plugins for Firefox and Chrome, not sure on IE -- and you can check whether these are real or not. Most pics are from British escorts or girls from ModelMayhem(dot)com
Also download TER plugin so you can check emails and phones from Escorts.

I've seen some foreign girls ( eastern europeans ) that show her face because they don't live here, and of course if they are pretty it attracts more potential customers.

Last but not least, some girls don't care, but the main reason I see them is Reviews, good one

Law enforcement needs more to arrest a provider than to simply recognize her picture on a website. If and when a sting is performed and an arrest is made, it might help their case if a favorable match of her likeness is made to an escort mall listing, ad or website if she has one. But you still need an exchange of money with an agreement for sex in most cases to make an arrest. Picture matching alone will not cut it.

Issues with an agency are different. Usually an undercover operation over several months to collect evidence is conducted prior to making arrests of the leaders and shutting down an agency.

With BP sting operations, the same applies. LE will not close in until you display the money or the decoy gets a verbal acceptance from you accepting sexual services in exchange for money

How hard would it be for some provider in her area to send her photos to every hotel? There are crazy people out there. What's funny to me is the ones who blur their faces, but don't bother hiding their tats.  That's as good as a finger print!

I wish way back I would not have shown my face, but I noticed at least for the bigger providers, if you ALSO dont show your face, it is even more difficult for you. While if you have a killer body, that helps sell you (looks wise)  

For me, one of the big draws of men to me from what is related to me is #1 my eyes, and #2 my smile

For the BBW/average looking providers, we almost are forced to sell our faces because its the main draw

It's not about us being movie stars but about every person under the sun having the internet!  Teachers, neighbors, friends, family, etc. All of those people have the possibility of busting you, and I am not willing to take the chance. Even guys who would never see a hooker, certainly look at sites like Eros and Backpage to make fun of them. If you think hotel clerks in certain places are not "clued in" for who to look for, think again.
