I do not see it as a problem, if the TER girl has 70 favorable reviews I doubt it she would bring someone that you don't like.. When you do the review, you only review the TER girl but you can state she brought an UTR friend but may be a good idea to ask the non UTR provider if she is in agreement with the 3 way review...One more word of advice, please make sure you state exactly to the ladies what you are trying to accomplish, threesomes are great when everyone is on the same page e.g more girl to girl action, focused on you mainly etc.

Make sure both ladies are aware of your intentions.  You do not want to violate the UTR lady's desire for privacy.
