Hi a provider I really enjoyed is now with an agency.. is it ok to request to only deal with her direct?

but if you had a previous relationship, then I'd say contact her if you still have her contact info and see if she is ok with that.

If you have her direct contact info from before (phone or email or however you previously contacted her), then I see no problem in contacting her through that method and asking her. However, do not contact the agency and ask them if it is ok to contact her directly.
