As a virgin newbie .....I have researched many reviews and chosen a provider that I am interested in , have contacted via email and have date and time set , provider never asked for any type of verification ? This provider is very well reviewed and should I be concerned that no verification was ask for ? Only to call or text her the day of the appointment to confirm ?.....in uncharted territory here , advice

it's difficult to know how/if she screened you.  If she is very well reviewed, it's highly likely she did something.  As I do not know if you are on any verification sites as well, it's hard to know what she might have done.  If you are not using a hobby phone or hobby email, she might have checked them out.  Go with your gut, my friend.  Don't know your posting history either, so that's another variable here.

If you feel comfortable, go for it, if not, cancel, but give her plenty of notice.

a lot of red flags here.  Sounds like you are her plan B and if something better comes along, your call or text will go unanswered.  I'd pass.

You didn't mention this in your op. This is somewhat of a tough  call, since it's a few days after the first of the month, maybe the mortgage/rent is still due, so she needs to see clients asap.  You just never know. You say she's very well reviewed, did you check to see the history of her most recent reviewers?i
I'd see her, but that's just me.  Good luck

If you used your 'real' phone and/or email address, she probably found quite a bit on you - you'd be surprised what we can find.  Since you're a newbie, she knew not to ask for references.  You've probably been screened and just didn't know it.

regarding discretion and security. If nothing else turns up, she should be safe, assuming she does indeed have many good reviews with not more than one or two exceptions.

Of course, all of this requires that you have VIP so that you can read the full reviews. If not, you should pay for it now and start over.

The problem that I have with no verification is that she is being horribly careless. Both for her own safety and for her legal freedom.

she may very well have screened you without you even knowing...there are many, many methods to use for screening. We don't disclose all of our different ways to screen. If she is well reviewed and experienced, I doubt if she would randomly throw caution to the wind for a session with a newbie.

Have fun and play safe!
