is it best to have your incall location at a hotel or at a private location, and if you decide on a private location of your own what part of town is best.
Also if you choose to do a private incall location, such as your own house or condo or apartment, what are some extra security measures to take?

If you ask enough people, you will hear all of them.  One pitfall of the hotel is not getting enough appts to cover your costs.  The need to use different hotels so as not to become a familiar face to the staff.

Hopefully, the ladies will give you their reasons for using one or the other, a private incall or a hotel.

Hotel is Risky. Hotel Staff would get Suspicious if they see a lot of Traffic in the Lobby or questions on how to get to a certain room. LE also use Hotel rooms for Stings. Private Incall you never know who else is there. Best option is either your place or get a Hotel room under your control so things will be less nervous. If you choose your House make sure Valuables are not in the area where your Provider will be. Always keep her within your sight. Close off any other rooms you won't be using. Always be Calm, Polite, and Respectful to your Provider, even in your own House. You don't want to attract any attention from neighbors. These are things I do with my Provider.

Private residences are a no-go for me.  I know a lot of ladies and agencies that do it but I've only ever come close to getting busted (twice) when visiting a private home or apartment building so I just won't risk it anymore.

As far as security measures I don't really know that you can do anything to keep you safe and discreet over the long haul.  Nosy neighbors are everywhere and psycho clients abound. Obviously using a place that you don't live in full time would be safer than working/living in the same location.

To each  his or her own I guess but I'll never stop believing that an anonymous, always-changing location is not the best place to conduct illegal activities...

You did already get some good perspectives from swim and bostonguy. Here is a little more.

I think using your private residence is not a good idea. If you get a clingy client or a stalker, you dont want him to know where you sleep at night. You dont want clients potentially showing up unannounced. I have seen providers at their own residences, and as a client I havent had a problem, but if the shoe was on the other foot, and I was a provider, I could not see letting a client into my own home.

If you do get a static incall it is best to get a place seperate from where you actually live. The cost could be high, depending on how many clients you see per month, but then again a monthly rental rate could be cheaper than a week at a hotel, depending on the area etc. Some ladies will go in together and rent a condo and split the cost, and two or three ladies share the space as their incall.  When looking for location, it should be easy to get to, have parking for your clients, allow them to come and go without arousing suspicion, and not have nosy neighbors.

If using hotels, then check out London`s post in the thread below. (brilove's "help" thread about  4 threads down) She and solalove gave some good advice regarding hotel incalls. Look for a busy high rise hotel (stay away form motels) with shops and restaurants, so people are coming and going all the time, and a client won`t stand out, and nobody will notice that you are having lots of visitors. Don`t use the same hotel over and over.

Judging by the posts I've seen by that dude, he has no idea what's going on at any given time.

lady is available only in the daytime (family obligations) and the other lady has a day job and does P4P for additional income.

I have seen them both and it was kind of "weird" being in the same location with two different women. I did enjoy myself though.

You'll never stop believing that ... Location is "not" the best place???  Or is it the best?

Sorry not being rude but thought that should be cleared up.

I would never do incall to my residence ... Just insane ... I keep most of my private life ... Private ... My safety first!!!

That said: you have basically 2 other options. Hotels or rent a studio or office space. Hotels are good for short term such as 1  to 3 days a weeks or month and switching them up is a must ... Act normal, dress normal, don't have 10 guys show up, and use Priceline  - you should be fine (and yes read the forum thread a few down ... Very helpful). Studio or office space is good for more long term ... Regulars know where to go, you can come and go as you need, one price, no traveling with equipment but check out if your state has a requirement for masseuse such as licensing ... Mn does not so it makes it a bit easier to have an "office space".

Good luck
