I woul like to know how to make a review on one of your providers.  In trying to set up a appointment with another provider, she wante references, is that my review o the last provider I visted?

read up on the procedure.  It's a bit complicated so take some time to study it well.

As far as refernces go, that is another matter.  You need to get an OK from a provider whom you have already seen (It doesn't matter if you reviewed her or not.) and send the new provider her email or phone number so that she can find out that you are an OK client.
