how to properly pay for full menu?

couldn't find an answer in the noob section.  i am planning a 3hr outcall with a well established/reviewed provider.  menu is all the good stuff including greek.  on TER and personal site price is 600/hr; 1000/2hr; 1500/3hr; 2k/4hr; greek 1hr =1000.  i want our whole date to be 3 hrs and the whole menu available but obviously won't be dining just one cuisine the whole time.  how should i properly arrange my donation?  i am 100% ok with leaving 3k, but i don't know what the accepted convention is without having to talk about it/ask about it (seems to be a no-no).

...mean that it is a 400 upcharge PER HOUR.  Unless you plan on doing Greek for three hours, your donation should be 1500 + 400 = 1,900.  Or just make it an even 2K.  You can send me 500 for saving you the extra grand.

is a ridiculous charge for 3 hours even with Greek.  Te OP should do as you said and ask to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding the donation.

thanks for the advice.  how should i properly approach this?  say, leave 2k in BR envelope.  as things move along (towards the beginning i'd guess) say something along the lines of "was the donation appropriate for 3hrs w/ trip to greece?"  is this ok?  don't wanna piss anyone off.

With greek especially, she'll need to know ahead of time so that she can prepare (i.e. clean her butt). And, you don't want to discuss $ while in session. Guys get in trouble when they ask about this stuff in their initial contact.
