Many ladies such as myself have other methods of screening. I for instance, accept a deposit ahead of time in lieu of references. Also, work screening does not always mean a lady has to call you at work. I actually use a method which most people love and find quite painless.

Just be patience, read the fine print on ladies' sites and you should be fine.
