Hey all, what are the ways of getting through screening process when I don't have any references to give? I am really not comfortable with them calling me at work either. Cant wait to get my first hands on. Thanks

Many ladies such as myself have other methods of screening. I for instance, accept a deposit ahead of time in lieu of references. Also, work screening does not always mean a lady has to call you at work. I actually use a method which most people love and find quite painless.

Just be patience, read the fine print on ladies' sites and you should be fine.
