As a newbee I seen a provider I wanted to visit this coming Sunday and sent a pre-approved for a date thru a verification service on Tuesday. The reply I received yesterday morning was they would get back to me later in the day Wednesday which nobody did so this morning I PM them and have not herd back from anyone as of 3:00pm today should I wait or start looking somewhere else?

but there could be a good reason.  You just have no way of knowing.  Some girls are not real good at corresponding with potential clients.  She might have decided she doesn't want to see you.  Before giving up on her, I'd try one more time to contact her.  If you still get no reply within the next day or so, it's prob time to move on.

I give a lady a few hours, and then I make other inquiries.

...move on to someone else. Had they not said that I'd have said give them through Thursday to get back to you. They set the deadline themselves. Move on to another lady they dropped the ball and you're running out of time.

People get busy and they forget, if you haven't heard from her contact her again if you really want to see her.  
On a side note some don't like pre-screening requests if that's what you sent. It can seem like a waste of time screening someone that may or may not make a date, you might have better luck sending a date requests instead so she has a time frame to work with.
