I recently posted two reviews that were approved and posted on the site.  These were posted 5 days ago and I still don't have VIP status.  My membership bank shows 30 days but my member status says "none" and I am unable to view VIP material.  Is something wrong or should and who should I contact?  I thought that after I had two approved reviews I was supposed to be able to get VIP status.  Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a glitch in the software.  You may
want to try the old site to see if it's an old
site/new site issue.
