How long has it been like that?.....

You could try sending her an email if she has one listed on her profile and see if that gets through.

She might be in the process of changing webhosting companies, doing a new site, taking a temporary leave of absence or retired.

Anything is possible in this hobby.

What does this mean?

I've had my eye on a provider (who has seven good reviews on TER dating back to Jan '09) and her really nice, updated, detailed website disappeared a couple days ago.

When I load the page, it says this exactly: "Website Paused or Not Available Anymore!"

This is a huge bummer for me, I was really hoping she would be my first as she is closest to my fairly rural area and she had good reviews.

Thoughts?

Don't the reviews have a phone number? At the top just below the website link?

There are all sort of reasons the site could be down, from her leaving the business, to a glitch at the server. She may not even realize it is down.

If she has gone off the grid for personal reasons (relationships, relationship problems, child custody, legal problems) often all these items will be stopped.  If they are still active, & only the web site is down... then perhaps it is just a site problem.  A Fav lady of mine had her site crash earlier this year.

It does not hurt to attempt a discrete contact & you'll know if she responds or not.

If thats true, it could be the provider I'm thinking of.  There's an unfortunate event that happened there, PM me for details
