How do I white list?

I feel like it would be the nice thing to do, but I am not sure what it means or how to do it.

Go to reviews

then click on 'search whitelist' put his handle in and you get his profile.  then click on the button that gives him a referral.  

It means that you are vouching for him as a client, that he is a good guy.  You don't have to do it, only if you want to.
