Click the link and read the guidelines under the Provider Ad posting guidelines link. There are very specific instructions there. You may only post ads on your regional ad board and as the previous poster said you may only post once every seven days.
You can participate in discussions on your regional discussion board as well as post photos in the photo theme day threads on your regional board. Read about this in the Self-Help Center too. You already have your handle linked to your profile/review page. That is a good start.
