Your mistake was asking about a discounted rate. The rate is the rate and what you do during that time is up to you. The High-Class ladies in this biz don't offer discounts (not to newbies anyways) and definitely don't negotiate price. Since your a newbie to this follow the advice you've received on the Vegas board and here.
