I have contacted TER multiple times about linking my reviews but they will not respond to me :/ what am I doing wrong???

Try emailing them at [email protected] from the email address on your review profile.
Also, how much time has passed? Nothing is instant here. Sometimes they take 48 hours or even more to get back to you, depending how busy they are.

And maybe not even then. I was told by admin that an email to them is the best way to link reviews to a username. Not a problem report or "contact us."

Yes my emails do match and I have been trying for over 3 weeks since I got my first review. Now I have another review and they still won't answer me ((

By email? (still the best and preferred method)
By feedback? (contact us)
Or by problem report?
