How do you 'update' a provider (BP girl with a poor rating) that constantly switches phone numbers so nothing comes up in the search?

If you want to edit the review, you have to contact admin, tell them what you want, and they may give you some time to edit the review.  I have done that once, but you have to have a good case to edit a review.  I say this because you want to explain stuff, not just change data in the review form.

e wants to update phone numbers on reviews. Problem reports are the way to correct that. And even if it was his own review, problem reports still are the way to correct that info. This is not an edit
