"I need a website" to establish a web presence or web advertisement.

A website is needed "in order to post" to the Local Ad Boards and to have a TER Profile.  

Do you have "any ideas" about how to come up with a web-ad or web-site that is acceptable to TER and meets TER criteria for posting ads?

Am I close?  

PS. Swim, xyz, P'storm, et al: I'm not sure about the ad posting vs Profile requirements. She needs some sort of web address to post an ad?

An ad on TER must have a link to another internet presense, i.e. A personal website (but only if that personal website has a Link back to TER on the min page) an ad on an ad mall, (Eros, city vibe, slixa, myproviderguide, etc.), a profile on a verification site, (p411 etc.)

you don't need a website to post an ad here.You can link your P411 ad,eros ad,bp ad,cityvibe ad in lieu of your website until you have one up.

It was easy to use and only took me about 3 hours to make it. If you go look at my website, the little button that says "This site reviewed at TER" in the upper right hand corner, you have to have that on the front page of your website in order to post an ad in the ad board here. The button also has to link to TER.

P411 has a similar policy.

I wish I reached out to you when I was fumbling over my thumbs and toes trying to set up my wix site!

My current site has a downfall which is that P411 will not allow me to link to it.  Bummer.  It's called escort designs and it's great except for the one thing there

P411 won't allow your website link on your p411 profile because you don't have a link back p411 button on your website? Or p411 doesn't allow a website link on your profile because it's an EscortDesigns website?

...link in an ad here on TER. You are correct that if she posts a link to her website in her ad it must have a TER banner or seal on the first or second page of her site and it must link back to TER. However, she can simply link her ad on Eros (or other ad site) instead of linking her website in her TER regional ad board ad.

Using her ad from somewhere else in place of her website means she can still place ads here on TER while she is working on her website.
