The self help center should answer many of your questions.  You can always come back to this forum and ask more. Suggest you introduce yourself on your local regional board, and start posting there so people get a feel for your personality. You can post ads on your regional ad board once a week. Posting a pic on the photo only board also can help generate interest as can joining in the discussions on your regional discussion board.    
  If you have been working for awhile you may already have reviews here. Click the reviews tab and then the search reviews tab, enter information personal to you like your provider name, phone number or email. If you find reviews of yourself you can then contact admin to ask them to link them to your name.  Then we can all easily find them whenever you post on the boards and you will get free limited provider VIP giving you access to the private mail system and allowing you to read your own reviews.
