Go to your profile and look to the left. Find the Report a Problem link. It's below your ratings and below the Send a PM "button". Click Report a Problem, explain to TER what needs changing, provide some evidence such as an ad you posted announcing your move. ( I seem to recall you posting sometime last year you had relocated.) TER admin will take it from there.
You can look for their response by clicking on "My Problem Reports" which is in the Quick Links list down the left side of the MyTER page. They won't leave a message but it will say approved or unapproved. You can also use the Contact Us link found at the bottom of any page. You can check on their response by clicking the "My Feedback" link where you found the "My Problem Reports".
