Providers are welcome to take part in any of TER's discussion boards.  

Now as for your question, I assume you mean posting ads.  These are allowed on TER's Regional Boards (see the dropdown box to the left).  You are allowed to post one ad every seven days on a regional board.  If you will be touring, you will be touring to another region, you can announce your visit with an ad in each of the 2 weeks prior to your visit.
