You won't have a TER provider ID or a profile until you get your first review. No, you don't need to be VIP to be reviewed. You don't even need to know this place exists to be reviewed. Once you do get a review, you should think about getting your handle linked to your reviews. There's details about that in the info for providers section of the self help center.
Start by reading the self help which is pinned to the top of this board. I've included a link to a part of it -- the ad posting guidelines. I suggest reading through the whole self help center along with a page or two of this board. Come back with any questions. Lots of smart and helpful people here! I'm sure a few of them will be along to give more detailed answers any minute now.
