Please forgive me I've tried to find it, but what does the term body rub mean?

You "tried to find it"?  You've made my day.  LOL.  Which word is foreign to you?  Body?  Rub?  If you know the meaning of each of these words then you should be able to put them together and figure it out.  It could also be substituted for the word "massage", depending on the context of how it was used.

who gives a "massage" without having a license, than it is to prove she has done anything else against the law.

Before you meet your date, she sits in a bathtub marinade for about an hour. Ingredients: she takes some Tzatziki (in case you like Greek flavor), mixes in a bit of hollandaise sauce (for that French taste), and a little soy sauce mixed with thousand island dressing (for those who enjoy salad tossing).  She gets out of the tub.  And before she dries off she uses brown sugar to add that final touch!  Finger licking good (and other places too).
