Welcome Desire. You need to read up in the Self Help/Newbie Manual....

which you will find linked on this page  (Look for the red and white life preserver.)

Not only will you find a section about how to post ads, but it will tell you all about how TER works and good information on the hobby in general.

After you read it, come back here and we can answer specific questions for you.

As for verification, that is not something that TER does, per se.
