How do I contact support? Can I do a name change in TER?

...bottom of any page and click on Contact Us. Explain what you need/want to do and see what they say. You can check for their response by going to the My TER page or your Account Manager and click on My Feedback (top of page just below tabs). You can also find My Feedback in the site map link at the bottom of any page.
