Well you are talking about two different things to start off with. Provider ads, and profiles. However, you will need a website for both.

To post an ad on TER, you are welcome to do so on your local board. Look to the left of this screen and see the drop down box that says "regional board". Select the city you live in if it there, or select "other", and you will see provider ads that ladies have posted for their area. In order to post an add of your own though, you must have a website, and that website must have the TER logo on it.

Regarding provider profiles, this is not a profile created by the provider. Your profile will be created when a hobbyist writes a review for you. However, again, you need a website in order to be eligible for reviews.

So the first thing you need to do, is get a website. You can go to www.rare-escort.com and set up a free website with their service. Alot of guys say negative things about the rare-escort service, but it is a perfect way to get started when you are new.

I agree and don't see anything wrong with rare-escorts as a website.
It doesn't sound like you have a great knowledge of computers so if you're new and don't understand how to set up a site and if you don't know how to verify someone through the internet it may be best if you find a good agency to start off with. many do until they get the hang of it because it is way to dangerous if you don't know what your doing.
