I just joined The Erotic Review and read most of the rules and how to get started. Being new in the business I know it's a lot I need to learn. Any advice ladies and gents can give me on being a good escort/provider will be helpful. Marketing tools, scheduling, place to go, what cities to work in or not work in would be helpful as well.

When you said you read most of the rules, I hope you mean the self help center.  If you didn't read all of it, please do so, even stuff that doesn't pertain directly to providers.  It's all useful stuff.  You can always come back here, and it's best to ask specific questions.  That way you don't get bombarded with all kinds of info to absorb all at once, it can be daunting.
