You may be able to add your current persona to your old profile by filing a problem report. TER administration generally requires some sort of proof, such as a link to a current ad or website. To avoid catfishing, they might require some evidence that you are in fact Ella, which you could provide by using the email associated with Ella's profile.
Once your old Profile is located (can you give us some info to help? Ella, city?, approx dates of activity? hair color as Ella? Other physical data?) and you have proven to TER that you are the former Ella, be sure to update the other info, as well.
Hair color? Length? Tattoos? Piercings? ... and don't forget the age brackets. Only a few special girls can remain 18-20 or 21-25 forever.
