As far as the M&G's, you probably should ask that question on the M&G Board.

There are a couple of Baystaters who seem interested in starting up something.

no one seems to be willing to take charge of M&Gs in Boston.  I saw that you volunteered, but being unknown, I doubt that anyone will trust you with this task.

You may want to post on the Boston regional board.    It is quite lively and is a good place to make yourself known.
