How do you delete a profile?

Hi,

I would like to delete a profile and all the reviews associated with it.

Is it possible?

I have emailed support, but maybe I am not reaching or sending my request to the right person.

Are you a hobbyist?

If you are, there is no way. The provider herself must send a letter to TER Admin.
