I have browsed Duluth as well when there but decided to pass. But I did hobby in other cities such as the Quad Cities and La Crosse, so it is possible. But choices can be limited.
There are a few review boards that focus on the midwest and give some better leads than TER. Unfortunately posting a link to competing sites runs against the rules here. My hint for a better one is the name of a defunct upper midwest beer named after a type of crop commonly grown in the midwest. Google should get you there. It is also why you find fewer reviews. Some ladies will only have ads on those boards and you can't post that as a link for the review. So that is the best thing that worked for me. I found myself more comfortable with that combined with BP.
Follow BP for a while as ladies will tour through as they travel between Chicago and the Twin Cities.
Check Preferred411 as I found it to have better coverage in the area.

My experience was that these areas are a bit different than larger cities. Most ladies I visited actually worked out of their homes and tended to be low volume just because of the fewer number of potential clients. Always had a good time and the prices were quite reasonable.
I'm getting ready to visit a small market (Duluth, MN), and it appears that BP is one of the few options. I've read in this forum that BP is pretty questionable. I have found a provider on BP that has a couple TER reviews. Do you think that will be OK? Her phone # is now different from the one listed on her TER review page, but the reviews aren't brand new, so maybe she just has a different # now. I called her and made tentative arrangements for an appointment. Everything seemed OK on the phone (no discussions of what is on the menu for $). I'm not a complete newbie, but I have only gone to providers with lots of reviews in bigger markets up until now, and I wanted some advice from the more experienced.
