So just enter that name into the filter and hit enter.  The problem then would be if there are more than one.

You can always send the person a PM (assumng you are VIP) and ask them to send you their profile.

Most times, in fact, gals link their profiles to their posts.  If they do not, then they probably want to remain anonmynous, and there's not much you can do about that.
