To get reviews you need to attract clients who review. Best way to do that is to advertise and participate on review boards. As sphinx has said you can place your ad on the TER regional ad board every 7 days. They do have rules to follow. You need to link your TER ad to your personal website (which must have a link back to TER) or to an ad on an ad mall or to a profile on a verification site. Read the Self Help Center. You can find it at the top right of the page by the life preserver. Pay particular attention to the information for providers and the provider ad posting guidelines.

But to get a review, you have to see a site member.  If you are not sure if your client is a member, ask him.  If he is, and you feel like he had a good time with you, ask if he would mind writing a review.  You could also tell him that you would give him a Whitelist reference.  The downside is that many hobbyists are not members here, or do not write reviews.  But, if you don't ask, you won't know.  If he is not a member, you can tell him it's free to join and he can get free VIP days for writing reviews.

need to set an appointment. You may want to soften some of the language. For example, "My Rules" would be consider more harsh than "Etiquette". Also, you use a lot of capital letters on your website; I'm not sure why.

Oooooohhh!!!! So that's all it is? I have to request the review. This whole time I kinda figured that if I was doing a good job I would automatically get reviews. I was under the impression that you had to already be a member to post a valid review. Thank you.

Thanks Again! Unfortunately because I am using a template I can't figure out how to change the rules part as I was told previously by a friend of mine. But I will soften It up a bit.

...and here on the newbie board is the best place to do that. What swimtrekr says is true. You can ask for a review. Many providers do. Make sure it isn't presented in a way that makes the guy feel pressured. Swimtrekr's suggested approach is good. Also make sure it doesn't appear that he will receive special consideration if it's a good review.  

I usually ask if she wants me to do one, can't speak for everyone.  Yes, he does have to be a member of TER to post a review, but the basic free membership is all he needs.  He will get free VIP days for writing reviews.
