The date and time, I've never seen that before.  If it's the username, that's the moderator of the Newbie Board.

It means the post is between 24 and 48 hours old.

It's a moderation tool.

My handle is in red only on this forum, because

I am the host of it.  I used to be the moderator, but admin went to self-moderation a few years back.  I believe date and time change to red after a certain period of time.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong.....

From zero to to 24 hours the date and time is in bold black. From 24 to 48 hours they are red.

After 48 hours they are non bold black. It's been that way for years, so I don't know what you are seeing.  

As I said it's a moderation tool for TER. It's so the moderators can te the age of a post at a glance.
