Is this a code way of saying BBFS?  If not, what does it mean?

I've kind of wondered what that meant myself.  First thing is; if you're looking for BBFS in this biz, the second part of your handle is very appropriate.

Back to the private to privates question.  My interpretation is maybe an SP perfoming Russian on a guy or even a little BB grinding of the kitty on the 3rd leg, no penetration.

I've never done BBFS and am not really interested in going that route, but was wondering what it meant. And, if you look at results of past survey questions, quite a high percentage said they HAD done BBFS. So, what gives guys?  I know this is a sort of taboo subject, but how about some illumination for a newbie?

Another point about BBFS...43% of respondents said they have, so it's gotta be the biggest unsecret around.  What's up?
