Click on search, when the drop down menu appears, click on search by reviewers.  Enter the client's handle.  When his list of reviews comes up, there should be a button that will let you give him a whitelist referral.

Go to Reviews and click "Search White List" Type either the user name or e-mail address and click "Submit." When the user's White List appears, click on the button that says "Submit referral." It's that easy

...It appears you don't have the free limited provider VIP membership. You have to have that in order to white list a client. You have to have at least one review here on TER to qualify for it. I placed a link below to the info on the free limited provider VIP. Click the link to see what you need to do.

The other posters gave you correct information if you had the provider VIP.

(I noticed you didn't have the link next to your handle [board name] which says "See My TER Reviews". Providers with the provider VIP have that link. That's what made me say you don't have it.)
