Good advise...

An agency that I had an appointment with has been down for a week, removing all ads.  They sent me an apologetic email last week cancelling the appontment due to an "emergency" and said to check back in a week.  Well, this evening I see they have a new website up (but their providers still haven't reestablished a presense on P411).   While I'd like to contact them to try to reschedule, I am hesitent, due to the possibility that their hiatus was LE related and might thus involve greater risk for me going forward.

Is this a valid concern?  When LE takes action, do they typically try to shut down an agency, or might they also allow it to re-open so they can use it to sting clients?  I suppose they could do this with or without the cooperation of the bookers or providers.  By this I mean, they could put a website back up with pictures of the same girls, but do all the responding to inquiries themselves and then bust guys as they show up.

I don't know if I'm being overly cautous, or prudent.

I suppose one option is to just give it more time, and see if they fully reestablish their presense and guys start leaving new reviews.

Thoughts?

When an illegal business shuts its doors suddenly, it's always a cause for concern. Keep a very low profile and if you hear from them, ignore, ignore, ignore. If something more innocent is going on there, you will find out in due time. Let the big head do the thinking on this one and stay away. Far away.

I will wait them out until it is abundantly clear that everything is okay.
And if that never happens, so be it...
I appreciate the unambiguous wise advice.
That is definately what is needed when the little head is trying to convince the big one that perhaps the risk might not be so bad..., a little reality check.

There's no way to know what went down, unless you read it in the papers.  Best to keep far away until it's clear that the agency is not compromised.
