I'm just a Basic Member, not a VIP. I submitted a Q to the admins and was notified of a reply via PM. I can't find it. I didn't even think a non-VIP could get PM. I'd submit THIS question to the admins but they might just reply by another PM.

If I can't get PMs, how do I get the admins to e-mail the answer to me at my registration address?

Thanks.

Yes. I use Account Manager a lot to follow my reviews and posts and see what's "Active" and to see what's still awaiting moderation and is "New" (not approved yet).

One of my posts was rejected. "Reason: Other. You may contact the Moderator via PM if you have any questions." Since I can't PM the NY Board moderator, I used the "Contact Us" form to submit a request for explanation. The reply to my non-TER e-mail said that the NY Moderator had already replied by PM. The updated copy of my Q in "My Feedback" says, "This email was replied to by the NY moderator via PM. Thank you for the support, --TER Support Staff".

I then submitted a "post" to the NY Board that said something like "DO NOT POST: Q for Mod" asking the Mod to explain.  That disappeared completely. No post, no reply.

Oh. When I go to the "mail" tab, it says, "You are logged in, but you only have a basic membership. This feature is available only to VIP members."

I think I'll try posting a variation on the NY Board and see what happens. It's a 411 about someone whose ads and everything have disappeared.

(I'm working on going VIP. Thanks for bearing with me.)

but it is not very user friendly to non-VIPers.

But as the saying goes, it's their sandbox, and they make the rules.

All serious hobbyist should have VIP anyways, just for the sake of researching escorts.

Months ago I was PM'ed by someone. If I were to buy a VIP membership, would that PM still be waiting for me to read it?

Its sounds like you are inquiring about a de-listed provider. Mentioning a de-listed provider by name is against the rules of TER. Those posts are disapproved, and not posted at all, if the member submitting it is moderated.

Nothing to be alarmed about

I turns out that my repeat attempt to ask about Ally (NY Board) went through. A reply says she retired but isn't delisted. (Retired? She was available for about 2 months, total!)
