Start on the TER discussion board main page. On the left of the page, you will see a number of links to all the TER discussion boards. For instance, the link to the ISO (In Search Of) board is directly under the link to this board.
The links to the regional boards are in a pull down menu on main discussion board page.
The FAQ/Newbie board exists as a forum for general questions about the hobby or specific questions regarding how to best use the resources provided by TER.
If you have a question that pertains to a specific region (Seattle, New York, Boston, so on) please post it on that region's board. If the region in question does not have its own board, try posting on the Other Cities board or the ISO board.
