Go to the self help section or urban dictionary for help with abreviations. Previous reviewers will likely not tell you anything significant beyond their reviews. After you've cross referanced all the available information you should have few specific questions... you could ask I saw your review but have 1 question...
What is the right way to find out whether a certain service is available when the profile says "Don't know" for that item? As I understand it, the first reviewer largely shapes the profile so one could read through every other review to see if the service was mentioned but what if it was not or there are way too many words/reviews to scan. I think asking the provider is frowned upon and may result in termination of conversation. How to deal with this situation?
Probably the easiest way is to PM some of the guys and ask them if they did "it" whatever it is your looking for, also ask the guys if she has any other boundaries you should be aware of.

It depends on MANY factors, but it is SOMETIMES possible to ask her if her Profile is up to date. If she posts to the boards a lot, you can more easily gauge her personality about asking such a Q. You can assume she knows what a Profile is and how to correct errors or update info. And you still have to be cautious. "Your profile says NO, but 4 recent reviewers said YES, so which is it, NO or YES?"
If she is not well represented on TER or familiar with TER workings, asking such a Q is more trouble than it is worth

That last should have read: Then you could PM a previous reviewer with a specific question or detail that's vague in the review.
Also, never ask anything which will compromise her sceening or security.
