I am going to USA for a client meeting for a few days. I am from Hongkong. How do I provide any background information to providers for checking if I work of the compnay I say I work for? I mean they can't call hongkong and check, and even if they do because of the time diffeence the office might be closed at that time.

First, choose the ladies you would like to see. Then, in your first email to them, give them the contact information of at least three providers in Hongkong that you have seen.  

If you haven't seen any providers in Hongkong, it is a bit more difficult. Some ladies will see you if you can prove your place of employment, but it might be a bit more difficult, so be ready.

The main thing is to give the providers enough lead time to do their checking.

Cool. I guess I'll email/call them a couple of before i leave to give them enough time to verify.
