I have only been with one provider so far and want to stick with her since she gave me such a wonderful first time. Plus she was amazingly attractive...But she seems to have vanished a week later before I could find home alone time to call her again 
But anyways, lets say my provider does not ever come back to the area and I get the urge for company and happen to find another provider who meets my standards. If she advertises as outcall and comes to my place, what are the chance of her being LE? does LE fake outcalls?

First of all, why can't you drive? You sound like a high school student on summer break, having some fun while your parents are at work. Be careful inviting providers into your crib, particularly providers you don't know. You should at least be using a screening service--check out P411 or DateCheck.
I've read of LE busting people in their homes, but it's rare. Most police depts are hesitant to send a lady cop alone into a residence where they don't have control. LE wants to control the environment & lower risk to themselves. A routine sting is typically an incall, where the cops book a room & place a fake ad. You cannot eliminate risk, so the best you can do is tilt the odds in your favor. --z

going to see providers who use what you call 'shady hotels'. Quality well-reviewed providers do not use those places, they stay in more upscale places. Why can't you drive? Lose your license? As previous poster said, it is rather unlikely that LE is going to go to a single outcall to bust a hobbyist. It's not cost effective and and also mentioned, they want to have control of the situation.
As far as your missing provider goes, have you searched the various sites for her? Does she have a website? Is she on here as a provider? There are lots of ways to look for her. If you are already aware of the risks of bringing strangers to your house, I will not remind you of them. However, I will tell you to be sure to do thorough research on any provider you plan on inviting to your home.

Since the only concern you seem to be expressing here is for LE I doubt you are "fully aware" of the dangers involved in having strangers, who are already involved in criminal activities, into your home. If you are going to do this be sure to stick with established and well reviewed providers. This will help you avoid stings as well as the other much more dangerous situations that you are, of course, fully aware of.

Curious, but why can't you drive? Are you under the age of 16? Because if you are, there are bigger issues you need to address, the main one being that this is statutory rape.
I'm over the age of 18. I'm just new to the area and don't know anyone so I figured an escort would be nice on some days when I'm home alone. I can't drive because I have yet to get my license. I've been using this site to read reviews but not being VIP keeps me from seeing if its really what I'm looking for since some guys are vague and do not state whether its good to go or not. get VIP membership. You can write a review of the provider you saw, assuming she either has a personal website, an ad on a escort mall, or she already has a TER profile. That will get you 15 free VIP days. Without VIP, the reviews are pretty useless. If you don't have VIP already, how do you know that her performance in her previous dates was not so good????? You would have to have VIP to know much about her, because the general details do on usually say much other than how he set up the date.
The second thing you need to do is read the self help center. The link is under the life preserver at the top of this page. I would also suggest you get a driver's license soon as well.
A provider's 'rules' are generally things she will or will not do. For example, some providers will not kiss at all. Some do not do Greek. Some will only do CBJ. Some will only do incall, or only outcall. The list goes on.......

I've had a few providers at my place, but it's risky. And our TER brothers who advise against it are not wrong. It's like anything else--how much risk are you willing to take. DO NOT let any provider into your home that hasn't been screened via P411 or DateCheck. On P411, Gina quickly boots troublemakers off the board, & I'm sure DateCheck is the same.
Once you make contact with her, verify that she's coming alone--some girls have 'drivers' which is an automatic deal-breaker. You can give the general location of where you live (e.g., northwest side of town near the mall). But don't disclose your address until an hour before your appt, after she confirms that she's coming. If she mentions any third party involvement, like getting a lift from 'a friend', cancel immediately.
When a provider arrives at my house, I give her a tour of my home. If she's legit, then she's probably very nervous about being there for the first time. Engage in small talk & show her every room in your house, including the restroom. Offer her something to eat & drink--she's your guest, so be a gentleman & don't rush. I've had numerous home appointments with only 1 bad experience. With that 1 I had 2 girls show up. They asked me for something to drink and while I was in the kitchen they made a dash for it. The main reason I do incalls now is that most providers charge less for incalls and some only do them.
